Visiting the Preserve

The Preserve is located on Hwy 98 in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, 11 miles east of Destin, FL. It is located in the Sandestin area, between Tops’l Resort and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Look for the “Coffeen Nature Preserve” sign.

Admission is free, but advance reservations are required.

The Preserve closes at sunset.

Please Observe the Rules of the Preserve

• Register at Office (see map)
• Stay on marked trails
• Respect all wildlife and do no harm
• Leave your pets at home
• Observe NO SMOKING in the Preserve
• Please remain within the Preserve boundary (see map)
• The Residential areas are not part of the Preserve
• Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints
